Acrylic Washable Distemper

Magic Acrylic Washable Distemper has a shorter re-coatability period of 3-4 hrs. Hence, the painting job can be finished comparatively quickly. Advantage of Magic Acrylic Washable Distemper is that wall can be washed even after a week after application. We supply this product range in white and unique array of pleasing shades. Due to the exceptional brightness of Magic Acrylic Washable Distemper White, it is especially recommended for ceilings.
Application Area Interior walls, ceiling and asbestos panels, etc.
Method of Application By brush or roller.
Spreading Capacity 120-150 Sq.ft. per kg in three coats, but depends
on surface preparation and porosity of surface.
Primers
Magic Cement Primer Water Thinnable for fresh walls or while repainting after a long gap, Magic Cement Primer Solvent Thinnable is recommended.
Drying Time Surface dry 15 minutes. re-coatability after 3-4 hours

Surface Preparation
New walls should be matured for at least 4-6 months. Loose plaster and powder are removed by sanding with suitable emery paper. In case of repainting earlier coatings of lime, powder distemper, etc., are scrapped off. Emulsion based paints need not to be removed if it is in good condition, but, the sheen on such old paint is removed by sanding.
Application
Apply one coats of Magic Cement Primer (Water or Solvent Thinnable) wherever necessary. For better finish and appearance fill up dents and uneven areas with Magic Acrylic Wall Putty, which has to be applied in thin layers. After the putty has been allowed to dry for minimum 8 hours, a coat of Magic Cement Primer (Solvent or Water Thinnable) needs to be applied for getting a patch free wall after final application.
